PRE ORDER / MADE TO ORDER

All "Pre Order" items are 100% made to order and will take 12-14 days to ship. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Please email jdominiquerivet@gmail.com if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.

At this time all domestic orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with the USPS with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 14 days before shipment to prepare your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Dominique Rivet accepts returns on all clothing items within 14 days of delivery receipt. We only accept returns on domestic orders.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Dominique Rivet and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.
No price adjustments for prior purchases.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
